This knit really does look stunning when worn over anything! If you haven't tried a little shell stitch pattern, its a very simple and effective pattern to use. Typically, the stitch pattern accounts for RS and WS, but I knitted this in the round so all the WS are actually RS! (Does this make sense?) Anyways, the modified stitch pattern to be knitted in the round is below.
Little Shell Capelet Pattern Instructions
(1 size typically will fit all)

You will need:
- size 6mm circular needles
- Stitch marker
- 300g of bulky #5 yarn.

Little Shell Stitch Pattern - Modified for Round Knitting
Cast on multiples of 7 + 2 stitches (I used 121 sts total for my project)
Round 1 and 2: Knit all sts.
Round 3: K2, *yo, p1, p3tog, p1, yo, k2; rep from * to end
Round 4: Knit all sts.
Cast on multiples of 7 + 2 stitches (I used 121 sts total for my project)

Pattern Instructions:
1) Cast on 121 sts and knit the little shell stitch pattern until piece measures approx. 11 inches in length.
2) Next round: *K2tog, repeat * to last st, knit 1 st. (61 sts total)
3) Knit 5 rounds of Ribbed collar row: *K1,P1, repeat *to last st, knit 1 st.
4) break yarn and weave in tail end.

Bind off instructions are missing. Assume would bind off stitches knitwise ...?
